INTERNATIONAL SHIPPIPING FAQ (Outside US/Canada)

Which countries do you ship to?

I currently ship to the following countries:
Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia 
All packages are tracked!

Why is my country not on the list?

Unfortunately after December 28th 2020, I can only ship to this short list of countries because the shipping company I use no longer provides affordable rates for the rest of the world. (With cost ranging from 40-80$ per package)

If you don't mind the extremely high shipping cost, you can reach out to me through the contact page. 

I will look into making shipping available to all countries for small things like stickers, but for heavier and larger items like books and prints the rates are very high and thus unsustainable. 

This is subject to change if the company finds an alternative! For now this is the best available option.

 

BASIC SHIPPING FAQ

How/when do you ship your products?

I pack and ship all orders myself, from my home. I hand-sign all the books and prints :)

I usually ship out orders once per week, you will get a notification once your order gets shipped out. If you can't find the notification email, please do an inbox search with 'cosmic spectrum' as keywords, sometimes emails get lost!

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

CANADA orders take between 1-3 weeks (in some cases less)

USA orders take 1-4 weeks (in some cases less)

International orders may take between 2 and 12 weeks to arrive.

 

I've been waiting for over a month - did my package get lost?

If you provided the correct address, it's extremely unlikely that the package is lost - please give it a little more time, and make sure you're keeping an eye on the tracking page. If your package seems stuck, please contact the carrier with your tracking number and inquire. Once the package is in your country, there is nothing I can do to make sure it gets to you, so please be sure to track.

My Item is damaged, can I get a refund?

In case of a damaged item, please contact me through the contact page/email. Please include your order number and photo/s of the damaged item, and we will figure out a resolution together! 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately I do not cancel orders or refund them upon request. Since I am a small business owner, the processing fees can really add up, so please be sure to only place an order if you are not going to change your mind. 

Can I change my order or add items?

Absolutetely! Please contact me through e-mail and I will be able to make adjustments to your order.

Can I change my address?

If you noticed a mistake in your address, please contact me right away. I will be able to update your address as long as I have not sent out the package, in which case it would be too late.
